Our Mission
At Pathway Therapy, our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based therapeutic support to help individuals navigate life’s challenges, cultivate emotional resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth. We are dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space where every client feels heard, understood, and empowered to take the next step on their journey toward wellbeing.
Core Values
01
Compassion & Non-Judgmen
We create a genuinely safe, welcoming space where you can share openly—without fear of criticism, masking, or having to explain your experiences.
03
Neurodiversity-Affirming Approach
We view ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergences as natural variations of the human brain—not deficits to correct—focusing on validation, accommodation, self-acceptance, and reducing burnout.
05
Accessibility & Flexibility
100% online sessions (with in-person options in Newport, Co. Tipperary on request), transparent €70 pricing, and package options make meaningful support reachable and sustainable for adults and teens across Ireland.
02
Personalized & Collaborative Care
Therapy is never one-size-fits-all; we work together to tailor support to your unique strengths, goals, pace, and life circumstances.
04
Evidence-Based & Integrative Excellence
Our work draws from proven methods including CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, humanistic principles, and existential therapy to foster real, sustainable change.

What This Means for You

Our mission translates into practical, supportive therapy that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you're navigating a late diagnosis of autism or ADHD, managing overwhelm from sensory needs or masking, recovering from addiction or trauma, easing anxiety and depression, handling life transitions, or simply wanting to grow personally, you'll find a collaborative partner rather than a prescriptive expert. Sessions are flexible and client-led: we prioritize your comfort, autonomy, and pace, offering tools to reduce burnout, build resilience, and embrace your authentic self without pressure to conform. The result? Clearer understanding, stronger emotional resources, and meaningful steps toward the wellbeing you deserve—no judgment, no rush, just genuine support.
A Note
from Dylan
As a fully accredited psychotherapist with over five years in addiction services—including treatment centers and homeless support—I bring both professional expertise and deeply personal insight to every client I work with. Having been late-diagnosed as autistic and ADHD myself, I understand the exhaustion of masking, the relief of validation, and the challenges of navigating a world not always built for neurodivergent minds. This lived experience shapes my commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, stigma-free care—the kind of therapy I wish had been more accessible earlier in my own journey. My goal is to walk alongside you as an equal partner, celebrating your unique strengths and perspective while helping you build the resilience, clarity, and growth that feel right for you.
