I'm Dylan Johnston, a qualified psychotherapist dedicated to supporting adults, teens (16+), and couples through life's challenges. With a Master's in Psychotherapy, Higher Diploma in Psychology, and accreditation from the APCP, I bring over five years of experience in addiction treatment, homeless services, and neurodiversity support.
As someone late-diagnosed with autism and ADHD, I understand the challenges of masking, burnout, and sensory overload first hand. This lived experience allows me to offer a space where you don’t have to explain yourself—only be understood. I work integratively, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to create personalized, strengths-focused sessions. My goal is to help you build resilience, find clarity, and achieve lasting change.
Sessions are 100% online, flexible, and confidential. I’m here to walk alongside you on your unique pathway to healing.

My Personal Journey & Why This Matters
As someone who was late-diagnosed with autism and ADHD, I have firsthand experience of the exhaustion that comes from masking, sensory overload, burnout, and navigating a world often designed for neurotypical minds. That journey—combined with my professional background—fuels my passion for neurodiversity-affirming care. I know what it feels like to finally receive validation instead of having to explain or justify your experiences, and I’m committed to creating the kind of space where you never have to do that.
For many neurodivergent clients, this shared understanding brings immediate relief and deeper trust. Therapy here is strengths-focused and stigma-free: we celebrate neurodivergence as natural variation, prioritize self-acceptance and accommodation over “fixing” traits, and work together to reduce overwhelm while amplifying what makes you resilient and capable.
